Refund policy

Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

We want you to love your order - if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shoreandspruce@gmail.com with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right.

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
