Made-to-Order & Processing Times Many of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow the processing time stated on each product listing before shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Personalized & Custom Items Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
